Gerald Institute for The Homeless and Uninsured(GIHU) was a vision that God gave me when I was 12 years old.  It is a 300 bed full service Homeless Shelter empowering families to restore their lives, physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, financially, and economically.  Today, as an experienced realtor and advocate for affordable housing, I have initiated the foundation of GIHU....Gerald Affordable Housing Opportunities, single family homes and condos all over the island to get families immediatly off the street.  GAHO also empowers the community to help resolve the homeless/affordable housing situation by renting their homes to this population.   

 

I recently moved out of my home in Aiea to rent to women and children, the first Gerald Affordable Housing Opportunity.  Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance.
